I use Pokemon with overlapping typings.
Without any themes.

I paralyze and false swipe wild Pokemon down to 1hp and I catch it, and I throw it in the PC without healing it. So it can suffer for eternity.

I have a whole box of wounded/paralyzed pokemon.
