The only three moves Necrozma can use when up against a Dark type are Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave and Toxic. The latter two can be invalidated by Substitute or Taunt, at which point Necrozma is a sitting duck that lets your opponent do whatever he wants, like set pebbles or boost his attack and sweep your team. It's even worse for offensive variants (Calm Mind / Rock Polish) - opponent can hard switch their Dark type into it with no consequences whatsoever, unless you predict that and switch to your own Fighting type wallbreaker.

The only commonly used Dark types in OU worth shitting your pants over if you're using Necrozma are Bisharp and Tyranitar. Both of which are going to be comitting suicide if you run HP Fighting.

Hidden Power in general is only good when hitting 4x weak targets because of its pathetic base power and the only Dark types 4x weak to it are Hoopa-U (OU, possibly Uber soon), Malamar (lol) and Cacturne (lol). Out of 11 Dark types between UU and RU three (Bisharp, Honchkrow and Mandibuzz) are neutral to HP Bug and just straight up murder the poor Necrozma.
