What makes it creative again? The only creative thing about it is it's shield being 3 faces in one.

Objectively wrong desu.
Tropius' neck is vertical naturally and it's upper body is much taller than it's lower. These traits are more akin to Brachiosaurus and some Titanosaurs than a Brontosaurus, which had a horizontal neck and an upper body the same as it's lower.

It's only flaw is it's stubby limbs. Similar to Hydreigon, they made it's limbs look nearly land immobile for being a primarily airborne creature.

Aegislash is so far the superior in-battle gimmick form ability based 'mon imo, shit like Darmanitan, Zygarde, Battle Bond Grenigger could all been done better desu, though kinda sad how Zygarde Complete did not turn out to be permanent at all

Wew lad sorry, I only mentioned a few prominent 'mons that I could remember at the moment. Meloetta would be far better off if its 2 forms were seperate, Relic song for its Aria form and an exclusive fighting type move for the Pirouette form or just it reacting to a key item to change to a specific form

I just find that the anime portrayed Battle Bond Greninja better and the games could easily had replicated that, though I prefer Battle Bond's mechanic compared to 'mons who change form when their hp is 50% or less

It's humanoid, but it's not JUST that. This is because Celesteela is most clever than generic furries or humanoids like Lopunny and Gallade.

It's Princess Kaguya+Bamboo+Rocket. What makes it a humanoid is that it's a modified traditional japanese woman-look with it's lower body being a kimono dress and it's head having long hair with metallic hair pins. Celesteela is a japan-themed princess, to reflect it's counterpart, Kartana, being a japan-themed warrior.

I feel that a lot of gen 7 designs were very creative to be honest. Say what you will about SM and XY, but I felt that the pokemon designs were some of the best, if not the best in the series.
