One thing I was curious and just tested for a very short period, was the food spawning window.

It seems as though the game absolutely wants to have 1 piece of food on the screen at all times. If you empty it, new food will spawn within 3 seconds. If you were priorly eating them one at a time, it may spawn a second almost immediately, but if you ate, say, 3 pieces at once, and emptied the screen like that, the second will take roughly 12 seconds to spawn. The third will then take a further 19 seconds.

It is therefore 4+ times more productive to eat food as it spawns, as opposed to waiting for 2 or more to spawn.

I just noticed someone briefly talked about this in the previous thread.

No, you don't understand. The weakest berry spawn is independent from the other berry spawns that fill up your pond.

You get 4 weak berry spawn for every 1 regular berry spawn. If you leave it alone to fill up, you only get regular berry spawns. If you eat continuously you get weakest berry+regular berry spawns.

Using my own account for these calculations.

My 4 weak berries will give me 10.2k JP before calculations.

The average of all my other berries is 9.37k JP. So on average, that's what I'll get.

If I increase my Oran Berry right now, I'll get 13.32k JP for all four berries.

Which is about a ~30% increase.

To get the same increase on regular berry spawn I would need to bump the average of other berries by ~2.87k. Which is impossible since the high increase I can get is a 2.5k increase that won't increase the total that much once you factor in averages.

What do you mean? You get varying amounts of JP depending on it being good, great or amazing and you can see this from which game it plays. The jump counter for example displays either 100, 300 or 999. Pretty sure the one you get is just determined randomly each time you do it

There is: If you don't max it, you don't get the motivation bonus, but you still get some of the xp, which means your next karp will be harder to raise, especially since your motivation bonus will not grow as well.
