It still sucks honestly, but Buneary is really cute, so I enjoy using it as a doubles supportmon from time to time. It actually gets a decent amount of support moves, like Healing Wish, Entrainment, Helping Hand, etc.

That's definitely not a counter. I don't care if you're baiting; people just tend to mot know the difference between countering, checking, and shakily doing any of it.

When you can switch in with no fear of the opposing Pokémon and can deal with it, that's a counter. Ferrothorn counters Suicune, Gliscor counters Jolteon, etc.

A check is when you can switch it in after one of your Pokémon have died and be able to then threaten the opposing mon out. Weavile checks Zapdos, Dugtrio checks Metagross, etc.

When you have a shaky counter, it is something that has the POTENTIAL to counter an opposing mon, but does not do so with certainty. If your Heatran has its Air Balloon intact you can counter more than if you can't. It also applies to damage rolls where the opponent would need to roll high for multiple hits, or be carrying a specific move.

The same applies to shaky checks; if you don't know for sure if you can outspeed or OHKO them, it's a shaky check.

Gliscor does not counter Jolteon, any Jolteon user with half a brain is carrying Hidden Power Ice. Better Jolteon counter is Gastrodon because fucking nobody puts Hidden Power Grass on Jolteon because Ice is so good on it. Or, fuck it, Hippowdon since HP Ice barely scratches the fat hippo.
