I think Reshiram+Zekrom are tougher. It's enough trouble keeping one boss incapacitated with wands, but here you have two of them. And each has several wide-ranging attacks.

I'd put those Orre Colosseum fucks up there but I haven't got past the first round so I can't really say

I guess, but the fact that you can simply just wait until you've roided up your mons enough and come back later destroys any kind of difficulty, really.
Not sure how it'd be possible to beat him without roids. Darkrai+sleep/nightmare stuff spam worked pretty reliably, but unsure how far that'll get you.

Nah, all the difficulty comes from having two phases. Bring a Shedinja or something or anything with memento to cheese him (which actually works on every postgame boss).
It's a lot more difficult than it was in BRT where it claimed to be the "strongest pokemon" and ended up the easiest boss in the game.
