The team sucks and follows dumb logic, but that's completely normal so don't worry.
The best advice a newcomer can get is from the game itself, go play online and get destroyed, after that reflect on why you lost and what you should improve.
Get wrecked again and repeat once you, start understanding how the meta works.

Your team is not too bad for a newbie.
1) Golem sucks use something like tyranitar instead.
2)Take shadow claw and mega stone off garchomp. Replace them with swords dance and life orb
3) Don't run physical moves on heatran. Use earth power instead of quake. Also lose eruption and use flash cannon or fire blast
4)mimikyu set is fine
5)Tapu bulb set is fine
6) Greninja set is kind of fine but I like to run water shuriken for priority
