Depends on what you're considering shilled here. Because if it's the "pushed so hard it appears in every/many side games and takes up a lot of in game attention" then you only really have like 5 pokemon that fit that. Otherwise Litten and Fennekin both got a good deal of anime focus and a boatload of merch.
