Bouldore takes a simple boulder, makes a few parts red and gives it legs. It's now a creative crystal-gem thingy.
Boulder, on the other hand, REMOVES legs and adds eyes and face. It's essentially a not-round Rock-type Jigglypuff. That's just as creative.

The artist who made this deserves to work with GF. He'll make GF nice again.
