Fellow Drampafag here. I was so surprised looking over its movepool at the start of the gen. Not just because they decided to give it a Gen I Normal-tier TM pool, but because of the other stuff it gets. Extrasensory? Hurricane? Glare? Roost? Fuck yes. Glad they gave it some love.
