Keep in mind that they are working on the Magearna movie too, and movies take considerably longer to sub than episodes.

Their process takes a long time but that's because they plan out everything including what dialogue to use and translate stuff other fansubs don't (such as openings). They are generally more accurate than other fansub groups.
