Agreed. Same goes with rufflet. In Black and white (Originals), you can only catch him as rufflet, not a braviary. He evolves at level 54, which at that point you're probably nearing the E4. And his Bst is only at 510. For something you get that late, and being stuck with it's baby form for almost 25 levels that has horrid stats, it's not really worth it
