I think you did a good job though the tail's blue thing is too small, would look better if it was more like in the original.

I did some slight changes to your sprite. I hope that you don't mind.
I made the horn bigger and the shapes rounder. I really liked how this one came out. I almost wish it was a real mon. I'd totally have one in my team.

Nice, love the pose and different body shape.
