So, now for my own idea:

The idea is that it's sort of a 'hold out' attack or an 'old reliable'. It's not the strongest attack you can have on a phox, but it basically ignores all methods of defending or resisting it's damage.

It's just a fighting type guillotine/fissure that only Mienfoo/Mienshao can learn, maybe in later gens it could be learned by other fighting types that share the martial arts theme.
