I disagree, i'm not a fan of Gen 4 but it has a lot of designs better than drapion. Roserade, gastrodon, dirfblim, vespiquen, honchkrow, bronzong, hippowdon, toxicroak, abomasnow, weavile, electivire, magnezone, yanmega, toekiss, gliscor, porygon z, gallade, froslass. These are all cool.

Now that i think about it, there are a bunch of awesome pokemon in gen 4, but many are hard to get and i've never had the chance to use them.
