Solar Beam is not that great outside of sun. If you have a sun setter on your team it's very good though.

Solar Beam takes a turn of charge without sun, if you don't have something to set up Sunny Day or have Drought as an ability it is a waste.

Also if the enemy has Pokemon which can also set the weather it will further complicate it.

Trevenant has shit Sp Atk and good Atk so I would replace Solar Beam with Horn Leech any way
