Why is Bulbapedia so perfect, /vp/?
I wish George Hutchinson would write more.

When I discovered Bulbapedia years ago I used to check out the trivia section after every episode of the anime I watched. It always felt really satisfactory when I noticed the trivia myself while watching.
Bulbapedia is really underrated. The best Pokémon related site imo.
We're actually pretty lucky to have such a good site for our specific type of autism.

subtle
>DUDE WEB 2.0 LMAO
Bloat.
serebii is easier if you want to quickly check up on the raw data on a pokemon/move, but both have their place

Hi Pomf!

This. I prefer Bulbapedia for looking up factual info, but Serebii is better for looking up guides and the like.

Good to know. I haven't been in the loop since gen2. I've been dicking around in fire red casually and wondered what it'd be like to make an actual good team
>>32490579
well if you want a guide on how to make the most powerful multiplayer team the site you're looking for Smogon
>>32490434
Serebii is web 1.0 and somehow still looked more bloated. Those charts are a fucking eyesore.
Is all this shilling ironic? What the actual fuck

>perfect
How about no.

I really hate how the pages for individual Pokémon are laid out. They have the Pokémon's anime info before their in-game info for whatever reason.
Veekun is the best but it hasn't been updated
>>32489106
Too bad it's slow as fuck and is run by a lgbtpdqrsgjxz ally that puts trigger warnings for acknowledging fan made pairs and dedicated a page crying about the US election.
>>32491165
>veekun will never be updated
I still use it regularly though. Veekun for stat, bulbapedo for articles, serebii for news and events.

It's not perfect until their lazy asses decide to include ALL of a Pokemon's sprites--every single last goddamn one--and dedicate a section of each move page to webms of all iterations of that move's animations
Their item """pages""" suck
