I have a question for anyone who still plays Pokémon GO.
What's more important?
IV's or CP?
I mean, should I care about IV's at all or is it all about the CP?
did you try to search the catalog?

It's probably a good idea to keep Go-related questions in the Pokémon Go general.
Personally I think CP matters more for stuff you use to attack gyms, whereas IVs are more important for gym defenders, since you'd want them as high up in the gym as possible.
Although it really depends on your local gym "meta". If every gym's filled with stuff like Flareon and Kingler then you could get away with anything that's reasonably strong.

The more important thing is playing better games.
Drop mobile games entirely and don't you ever think to invest your money into them. If you want to play games on your phone download an emulator for any console of your choice.

I disagree.
Pokémon GO made me want to go out.
I wouldn't pay anything for this game but I'm thankful it exists.
Both.
You can have a pokemon all you want with perfect IVs, but they won't really do much with extremely low CP compared to everyone elses'. You can also have a pokemon with high CP, but it won't really hold on for long either if its IVs are dunk. A nice balance is what you're after and if you somehow get a wonder IV high cp pokemon, all the better. You've also got to assess whether or not a low CP but high IV pokemon is worth giving power ups to.
