John Gamefreak here, Lycanroc will have three new forms in the upcoming Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes.
Time Form - Rock/Steel (evolve Rockruff in Diamond version)
Space Form - Rock/Water (evolve Rockruff in Pearl version)
Antimatter Form - Rock/Ghost (evolve Rockruff in the Distortion World)
