I have a hacked DS and 3DS. How do I transfer my HG/SS pokemon

Why not inject them instead of going through all the trouble of beating a gen V game and paying money for Bank?

Open your S/M save in PkHex. On another instance of PkHex, open your HG/SS save. Drag and drop.

Anyway, use TWLSaveTool to export your HGSS save, export your Gen 7 save with JKSM, then open them both up with PKHeX. If you open them both at the same time you can literally drag your Pokémon from your HGSS boxes to your SM boxes; PKHeX sorts everything out for you. Then just re-import your SM save with JKSM.

I don't think you can run DS games on the same SD card as 3DS games.
