I want to inject a Tauros with Sheer Force that also knows Rock Climb.
How would this have been done legitimately? Could you have caught one in HGSS? I never played gen 5 but were hidden abilities taught in the dream world or something?
And is there any memory autism I need to acknowledge when injecting? i.e. if a mon went from hgss to black to XY etc would it have acquired certain memories?

Dream World Tauros has the hidden ability and can come with Rock Climb. You don't have to do anything special to the memories.
Even better, just use a gen 1 VC Tauros with Body Slam.

No. Hidden abilities didn't start until gen 5, and there isn't any way to change something's ability to a hidden ability.
