Drampa got everything it could possibly want other than enough bulk to work around its low Speed.
Real talk, Drampa should've been the final stage of the Gen VII pseudo and gotten an adolescent dragon and a middle-aged as prevos.

It wouldn't have mattered if it was slow if it also had an extra 25 points in every base defensive stat.
