People will bully you because this is a bad team but do not be too discouraged. If you honestly want to start somewhere start with the random battles or use the smogon approved sets on their website.

There's a lot of bad stuff in this team and you would do well to start safe with the cookie cutter stuff before you gain some confidence and skill.

Rain dish is a fucking awful ability after gen 5. You're better off with clear body/liquid ooze and using aqua ring or some shit.

Rain dance is never a good move unless you have a dedicated rain team, in which case you shouldn't also have a auto sand setter fucking things up and should have a drizzle user.

You shouldn't use shit like rocky helmet/rest/slack off on frail as fuck pokemon.

You should just not use vigoroth unless it's "ZOMG MY FAVORITE POKEMON"

You shouldn't really use scyther either, but if you do, bug bite is much more reliable than fury cutter. And it should probably have focus sash or the lone eviolite user.

if you are going to use a special tyranitar (you shouldn't) at least give it flamethrower.

You probably don't want a golduck sweeper locked into a move, life orb would be better.

this team is really bad
1. Vigoroth, Scyther, and Golduck should never be used under any circumstances. They are RU iirc (they will probably drop when NU and PU exit beta) and will drag down any OU team (this team is OU since it has Tyranitar)
2. Tyranitar is not an especially good mega. The only reason to use Mega Tyranitar is if you're going to use a DD set, which you clearly did not do
3. After typing the above points, I looked at Tyranitar's impossibly bad moveset and realized this was a bait thread. So good job, friend: 8/10 got me to respond

I've mostly just been using favourites but I can get the jist of what your saying so i'll probably bunk off vigoroth maybe give scyther a metronome because fury cutter increasing in power each turn seems pretty good for sweeping and all around change the abilities and maybe get rid of Ttar.
I think if I combined the aces of each team it could make a good team though

I feel like we've all been there, but seriously it's bad. Bug is the worst attacking type in the game, it's not worth spending multiple turns for boosting a bug type move. Scyther is incredibly frail and will not survive most of the time long enough to get off multiple fury cutters. Even if you are hoping to survive, that long, it's much safer to just boost with swords dance. Remember that fury cutter only becomes as good as bug bite after 2 uses, and remember that swords dance DOUBLES your attack, so you might as well use two swords dances instead of using two fury cutters, then if something comes in that resists bug, then you can slame them with a powerful aerial ace. Then bug bite has immediate strength in case you need to quickly kill a threat before it can set up on/kill you

Typically unless it's a wall with great utility moves, you don't want to use a "final breath" set up move. Especially on a relatively slow pokemon. A tanky pokemon like tyranitar it's probably better off to just switch it out and bring it back in later, instead of using it for rain dance. You'd probably get outsped and KOd before you can rain dance.

What kinda team are you trying to build anyway? The closest I can see you trying to pull is a rain team, but there's barely any synergy between your Pokemon. If you want a rain team go with a Drizzle setter like Pelipper or Politoed, and add some mons that can take advantage of it, whether it's Swift Swim, electric types, or mons that are weak to fire, and keep playing so you can see what you've done wrong and spot any Pokemon that can be a threat.

How did this even come across as a good idea? Bounce? Scald? Those moves won't even land since infernape has evs in something useful, like SPEED. Any physical and probably every mixed set out there will obliterate this mon. It's so bad that you might be set up on for around 2-3 turns.
