It depends on your level, the level of the gym members, and whether you'd rather keep it as a prestiger or a rhydon slaughterer.

For a prestiger keep it about half of what your max cp for a 75-80% ryhdon could be. So, if you're lv30, you could possibly have a 2800cp (average) rhydon, so keep the plume's cp to around 1400.

If you want it to kill rhydons, jack that fucker way up.

They sit in their homes alone and post on sites like this to pass their time. So I'm unable to spin pokestops and whenever I try and catch a mon it flees after one throw. Am I soft banned? How did this happen? This is always going to happen whether you like it or not. This isn't limited to Pokemon Go, either. It's literally any MMO-esque game that gets constant security updates to prevent cheating. It only sets the cheaters back. Nothing is ever "hack-proof".

They trash the game's economy by devaluing everything since bots can control dozens of characters 24/7, making in-game currency practically worthless.

There's also the more action-oriented games (usually shooters) rife with aimbots that seemingly go undetected by the game. In poorly coded games, they can even modify values to give themselves more damage or invincibility as well.

Don't think Pokemon Go is exclusive to the 'cheaters ruin the game' club.

Nia is now tracking time and place of encountering a mon, which they should have been doing from day 1. But it might be related to walkies getting softbanned out of nowhere, possibly because they placed a lure or caught something lured. But according to spoofer channels they can snipe again, but then some are still having issues, so nia is probably fucking with the on/off switch in a panic because they've received at least thousands of tickets from people who can't catch anything at the 6 hour lures they were enticed to purchase.
