Anime Lillie has so little in common with her game version that the anime staff probably had to try to guess her character based on some concept art and a handful of notes. They probably didn't have a height reference of any sort.

I know in the anime that she's super formal, since she refers to herself using "watakushi", and calls Ash's mother "okasama" whereas Ash and the other characters call her "mama".

She refers to herself with "Watashi" and adds some honorific to everyone's name. That honorific varies.
"-san" for most almost everyone and everything, including the Kukui, Burnet, Protagonist and Wicke, even referring to Pokemon as "Pokemon-san".
"-chan" for Nebby, making it "Hoshigumo-chan".
"-sama" for Gladion and Lusamine. She doesn't add the "o" in front referring to her mother. So it's either just "Haha-sama" or "Kaa-sama". Not sure which, as they both use the same fucking Kanji. Like former.

Anime Lillie changes that "Watashi" to "Watakushi", and doesn't use any honorific for anyone. That includes everyone around her, like Mallow and Ash, her Pokemon, named just Shiron, and Gladion, without any honorifics.

That's just the basic stuff. They structure their stance differently too, how they begin and end it with, as well as their catchphrases and such things. Anime Lillie talks like a rich girl character, game Lillie talks like just a normal person with some quirks.
