Great idea, what sort of stats and how OU do you want it?

Thinking regular with carbon copy stats and abilities of landorus to parralel how thundurus and tornadus are carbon copies. Genie of the ocean. Therian can be slower (like lando-t) but have more special attack and defence gains, but lose attack. Lets say +20 special attack and +10 special defence, -20 attack and -10 speed. Give it lightningrod.
All in all
