Hydreigon needs mega launcher, or contrary to become a juggernaut.

I considered Dragon/Water @ Drizzle, but that gives it a 90 BP priority move in Aqua Jet, an Outrage-level STAB with no drawbacks whatsoever in Waterfall, and neat Special coverage options in Hurricane and Thunder. Not sure how that doesn't get banned.

Contrary Dragonite and Hydreigon do fit Devil's advocate flavorwise.

Hydreigon gets to abuse both superpower and Draco Meteor, think of it as a wallbreaker if it drops base speed.

Contrary dragonite can't fully rely on dragon dance but needs to stack those d Meteor, if it keeps base 80 speed he wouldn't be as threatening. Seriously the myth of the snake eating the dragon gem fits contrary a lot.

Following the normal RBY sprites the lack of underbelly pattern actually puts dragonair as the odd one.

In the myth the snake ate a dragon gem to become an actual dragon, giving a bunch of pets to a dragonite and making him snakelike and Blue is just retarded.

Heck those 3 gems make him look like a fucking Neopet of all things.

It's a Chinese thing, having dragonite boast 3 gems along having 3 claws on each claw means he is actually downgraded from a dragon, you should aim for no gems and only 2 claws to improve him.

People where actually killed in the past for wearing the wrong dragon in their wear in old China, it was quite a big deal, the gem means it isn't a true dragon BTW, that's the whole point of Dratini becomes Dragonair once it gets the gem and then evolves into a true Dragon once it consumes and loses the gem.
