It got trolled with all of its abilities but the mega is genuinely good, extremely fast and strong and the ability even comes in handy from time to time, like boosting Ice Fang just enough to do stuff like one-shot Gliscor or boosting Aqua Tail enough to really put a big dent in Hippo after hazards damage. Plus the fact that it's so fast can actually make it stronger too because it's so fast you can afford to run Adamant and still outspeed 90% of the unscarfed meta.
