All event-exclusive Ribbons are now available in-game. How

The National and Earth ones are pretty straightforward: pick any Shadow Pokémon and use it to beat Mt. Battle after purifying. Actually beating it is pretty tricky, as only the Colosseum mode Mt. Battle counts, I think. The GoD only has one in the Story mode and that one becomes really difficult in the later areas.
All the others need to be hacked in if you want them.

The Legend Ribbon you get from defeating Red in HGSS. Sinve the Record Ribbon and Event Ribbon are obviously lower-tier versions of it, maybe they could all return as rewards for defeating certain bosses?

If they repurposed either Orre ribbons, that would be dumb. But otherwise, the National ribbon would be gained by defeating the big bad at each story's climax. "Difficult challange" for saving the "Nation". Earth ribbon would be for 100 consecutive wins in Battle Spot.

Souvenir Ribbon and Wishing Ribbon could be repurposed to be like the Gorgeous Royal Ribbons, but can be bought with BP instead of ₽. The first one is called a "souvenir", afterall.

50BP for the Souvenir Ribbon. Cheap, basically given away.
200BP for the Wishing Ribbon. Expensive, most people can only -dream- of getting one.
