I fought every single trainer in the game (exp share off) and ended up with 6 level 45s by the time I reached the league. was there an island I accidentally skipped or something?

I didn't use the exp share, didn't grind and still didn't end up with levels as low as that anon.
I was in the low 50s when I started the league and that was fine for the E4.
