No fucking way, gamefreak and TPC are very stingy about pokemon, just look at Super mario maker, they had only pokemon costumes for the one that are in smash and have amiibo, but they had no special music for them like most if not all of the other costumes in the game, and other than smash and mario maker, there has been no other game with a crossover with pokemon. maybe pokemon conquest but i barely know the franchise they're doing the crossover with...
