Ah so pretty standard. I basically used the same set for normal Houndoom except it had sucker punch instead of taunt. The mega probably doesn't really need priority thanks to its increased bulk.

Emergency Exit is not even comparable to a "balancing" ability, it's more comparable to a gunshot on the leg if anything. The ability is fucking overkill to it's ineffectiveness to last long in the battlefield.
