Regigias is just banned to ubers. Nothing Changes otherwise.

Regigagas is still terrible in ou but probably has viability in Nu/PU now.

I doubt he would be banned to Ubers. 100 base speed isn't amazing, 160 base attack is great, and his bulk is good, but pure Normal doesn't help his offence ot bulk. Plus, his movepool is still pretty shabby. I could imagine him running sets like Kyurem-B - Return as a single strong STAB and special coverage (though he would probably run Brick Break or something, too.) If you remember, Kyurem-B is solidly OU... and not Ubers. And Kyurem-B is stronger and only slightly slower.

Regigigas would definitely be only OU imo if it didn't have Slow Start. Assuming of course it didn't get a good ability to replace it.

Slow start only affects speed or it doesn't reset between switching. Even if you switch him in for 1 turn at a time it will eventually wear off and stay off. Or maybe his stats just drop like a stat drop normally would, and every 2 turns it boosts 1 stage until it returns to normal levels. It's still retarded that he has such a fucking shit ability and can't learn rest or was it protect? Either way, they nerfed him despite creating the primals and mega ray.

[Spoiler]Not until normal levels, but every turn. His special attack is still usably good while defensive.

Just make it last 2 turns and give it at least one recovery option and/or Protect. Would be at very least UU.
