People who pester walkfags for lvl 2 gyms are the absolute worst, I have a gym near me that's constantly guarded by some spoofing mystic faggot with a name that is literally just a string of numbers.

The reason people get so bothered by spoofers is their ability to be able to access any gym at any time from their bedroom, something that's physically impossible by a walkfag. It's like trying to play a FPS against someone who has noclip and is flying through the walls to kill you.
You can have as many Blisseys as you want and it doesn't bother me, but please don't go attacking gyms while spoofing.

Start stocking up on mons with a good usefulness to low rarity ratio, like eevee, magikarp, exeggutor (kind of common). The better ones (in order of most common to least) are gastly for gengar, abra for alakazam, and machop for machamp.

don't worry about dust if you have enough to power up at least 7/8 of them to your level cap.

I live in Australia so Corsola was just a quick weekend trip up north for it. Honestly, it was Farfetch'd. I go to Japan twice every year (got a couple of girlfriends there) and I missed out twice while I was there last year. I got pretty frustrated. They're not as common as other regionals in my experience.

I also spent a few bucks on incense while I was in Seoul last year, but obviously the game wasn't released then. That pissed me off pretty badly.

I just returned from my trip to Athens and boy I got a quite the amount of new dex entries and harvest many ground/rock/fire/fighting mons. I could've even collected more but there wasn't much time to really go out on my own. Neither did I really want to because it felt more safe to have at least one more person with me (lots of pickpocketing going on in your city). Missed out on Miltanks a few times but I'll probably hatch that one later anyway. One friend and roommate in the hostel also plays the game do it was fun to hype about these new mons with her too

Rock Throw: takes 14 & 2/7ths attacks to reach 100 energy, doing 171.43 damage in 41.43 seconds
Mud Slap: takes 8 & 1/3rd attacks to reach 100 energy, doing 125 damage in 28 & 1/3rd seconds.

Ancient Power: 210 damage (3x70) in 16.5 seconds
Rock Blast: 150 damage (3x50) in 12.3 seconds

Overall,
RT/AP: 381.43 damage in 57.93 seconds, which simplifies to ~6.58dps
MS/RB: 275 damage in 40.63 seconds which simplifies to ~6.77dps.

Offensively, RT/AP does 381.43 damage in 23.36 seconds, rounding out to 16.33dps, while MS/RB does 275 damage in 17.97 seconds, rounding out to 15.31dps.
Defensively mudslap is better for all around DPS because it charges faster, does more damage, and shits out rock blasts faster than a rock throw golem shits out ancient powers.
By the way, I've fought some before, and it's just as easy to kill with a vaporeon as a rhydon is when you learn to dodge.

I did! Visited many modern art exhibitions (Documenta) and ancient monuments, enjoyed cheap but fantastic food and partied around a bit. I hope you guys over there will do better soon because I was able to tell the economic crisis hit you pretty badly. Lots of graffiti, cracked roads, buildings, damaged cars and trash. Especially in the center but to be fair that's in many cities around the world the case.
The weather was fine to me btw. Still lots of sun and got a bit of a tan now. On the coldest day I climbed the Lycabettus Hill (beautiful view!) which was quite the effort and therefore the colder temperature was welcome. I actually pointed to my friends how many Greeks were still walking in thick coats and sweaters while we were wearing shirts etc. Also where was the charizard nest at?
