Remove Protean and just make it hold Spooky Plate to invalidate FEAR mons. Then give it Recover, Refresh, (Or Rest+Sleeptalk if you need more PPl) Thousand Arrows, Sacred Fire. Thousand Arrows hits everything. Sacred Fire hits Shedinja and any grass mons. You might want to go with Ropck Blast instead of Sacred Fire to ensure you still kill Shedinja and can deal with Sub Stallers.
