HJK users also get a slight buff since the game treats that move as a recoil move (see: Reckless). Hawlucha and Mienshao probably see a spike since they (especially the former behind a sub) have to risk getting killed because of a protect prediction.

Trying to think of a pokemon with both STAB on one of those moves and a nice decent recoil move with low HP. Diggersby comes to mind. Salac with double edge and flail would be mighty fucking hard to deal with especially since the thing that is immune to both its STABs just lost levitate.
