I was at the Nintendo NYC store the other day. They have a very good selection of Pokemon plushes right now. Lots of Gen I stuff, including Raichu, Flareon, Charizard, Venusaur, Dragonite, etc., plus some more recent stuff like Hoopa, Lunala, Solgaleo, and various Megas. I honestly don't get why they didn't just stick with Marill-esque pikaclones. Near-indentical useless electric rodents are just a waste of space, while cute rodents with different typings actually add diversity to the dex as well as being able to sell well as toys. It just shows laziness on Gamefreak's part if anything.
