With M-Fug, all three Kyurem, a Mega Start, and an AP+, I nearly beat it.
With a M+5 and some luck it should be doable, then I'm all but assured to fail the initial 23% catch, so 46% with a Great Ball is what I'm banking on.

It's mainly useful as insurance if you're down to few moves for the last bosses, i.e. M-Gengar and MMY, against which it's super-effective. SL4 (40 points) is apparently 10x now, SL5 (100 points) 15x.

A four-match at Lv. 10 SL4 does 1350 neutral damage. A five-match at Lv. 15 SL5 will do 3300 neutral damage.

Common last-stretch roadblocks like Swalot, Floatzel or Heracross have around 4k to 5k HP. You can do a bunch of neutral damage to them if you lack SEs.

M-Gengar has 5663 HP, MMY has 7777. So you only need to trigger LDE once or twice in your last three moves, if it comes down to them.

Plus LDE has 50/100/100 activation, so bad luck will almost never fuck you up in your last turns.

5th week in a row now eevee only gives one skillbooster, thanks gs.

Since a little while Wailord's arrival, water flash mob has been considered the best SM team here for its consistent big damage plus the ability to stop all disruptions with SL5 Kingdra or Greninja, kind of like how M-Mence replaced MMY for Sunday...I mean, whatever we call Meowth these days. Though in both of those cases, I think more people still use the previous best team since not many have the resources to put together the newer ones.

Hold them. The ones you'll want to give candies asap are Gengar, Mewtwo and Rayquaza.
Gengar and Rayquaza can carry you up to stage 500 or so while Mewtwo will help in the long run for weekend Meowth.

Last-Ditch Effort used to be 1.5x damage, then was buffed to 2x a year ago. Three weeks ago it was buffed to 5x on SL1.

You can try using neutral or NVE LDE mon against Meowth. (I tried Seismitoad for a bit yesterday), but random activations (or non-activations) on a three-match can easily fuck you over.

Neutral Po4 SL2+ is easy to arrange for and should be the best skill to deal last-turn damage.

Use Audino as your main mega until you get to Mega Gengar is my advice, it mega evolves way faster than most other megas without investment and while it's ability isn't very strong, it's 'good enough' for the first 150 stages, at least. Consider getting Lucario from the Expert stages if you haven't already. And Disruption Delay is very good against Zoroark. Always take +5 moves with Disruption Delay, as it extends the number of delayed turns you have.

I've been playing in 3DS since day one, albeit somewhat slowly, so by the time I got to Mewtwo there was still a bit of time to go back and do some stuff, then new stages hit. That said while some of them came naturally I put "effort" in many of those (while catching every single mon) up until when Cobalion was the latest Expert stage because there wasn't anything left to do. Started lagging since Gardevoir, took forever to get Fug and just a couple of months got Hoopa, Tyranitar and the likes while I have yet to reach the end. Then Snorlax helped with around 20 of those S ranks.

tl;dr: Many came naturally, many were due to not rushing and taking my time with each stage. Snorlax helped a bit with some.

I matched one of the starting Cosmog down in the lower right corner for a nice starting combo that makes several rows fall down and match. Beat it in three or four turns out of the seven allotted. Barriers and Cosmog are the stuff you'll have to deal with, standard dark team worked pretty well but you probably don't have that so just bring your best SE mons. The main problem is you can only play the stage once a day, the catch rate is horrible, and unlike some once a day stages, this one didn't mention that it becomes easier to catch each day.

What to do with all these XP boosters?

wew, those 15 minutes were a rush. Caught Togedemaru the third time it appeared, then spent six minutes finding Golem (caught it in a pokeball thankfully since the combos weren't too friendly on that one). I was exiting the stage the instant I saw it wasn't the special background and going back in, actual time spent in the stage couldn't have been more than two seconds. I shudder to think how many "hearts" I just burned through. Now to get back to Wishiwashi and the rest of the safari while I wait for another shot at Cosmog.

Also, Xerneas is a levelling priority as there aren't many heavy fairy hitters and I doubt you have the resources to invest in Azu just yet.

So today was really disappointing. I'm mostly pissed at how useless all the new mons are.

Not him but the overreliance of Conkeldurr is astonishing. That said I use any fighting type without strong abilities and then when they go max I switch it. At the same time my team is never the same since I level up passively there and never had any problems whatsoever, still getting my 330-530 coins very frequently.
Also with the buff to LDE it's suicide to run with Conkeldurr nowadays (or at least carries more risk)
