How come people bitch and moan about overused pokemon in online battles?
I always play with pokemon I like, with no autistically optimized movesets and attributes, and I beat most shitters with the shiny tapu meme and legendary mons.
I'm starting to think online battles are very deppendent on cunning strategies and studying other's behavior rather than pokemon pure strenght or movesets, I literally always go Attack or S.Attack + Speed on all my mons EVs.
Is this team that overpowered?

My Blaziken literally has a meme moveset:
Brave Bird
Flare Blitz
High jump kick
Earthquake
+Life orb and Blaze
Basically a kamikaze chicken that will die if it gets touched or the move misses, it a 1 turn 'mon.
