I always wanted one based on the study of Medicine.

A pokemon which represents a combination of the effects of different drugs/toxins on the body, and a means to introduce it in a controlled manner--essentially, a syringe pokemon.

It should be designed with team battles in mind, specializing in healing and stat recovery, but with obvious use of Toxic/Toxic Spikes offensively. Maybe create an ability called "Overdose" or something where it can use the same move offensively against opponents but for recovery on teammates without wasting two moveslots.

A bovine called Iovine. The planet Io is known for having volcanic activity despite having -150C temperature at best. It lives on a snowy, but volcanic, peak.

Its a bovine because when Zeus raped Io in mythology, it was as a heifer.

Iovines are very cute, but have no loyalty to their family members. They are known to do favors to other Pokemon only to turn around and expect to be owed.

Well they aren't unused anymore but one was when i thought of it, and another only exists as a rotom form:

Grass/Electric, a Qilin/Giraffe topiary sculpture with a blackened lightning struck tree trunk for a neck/head. An HP heavy pokemon with moves like Double Edge, and Wild Charge mixed with Leech Seed and/or Engrain, Leech Horn, and Parabolic Charge.

Fire/Poison, bat-out-of-hell into vampire line with some ample access to ghost and dark moves and a spot of flying for good measure. A cloud of dark smoke with bat wings poking out and burning eyes visible thru the smoke; a grounded cloak of smoke wrapped around faint embers, still has burning eyes; and then a slender somewhat dignified humanoid bat with wings wrapped up like a cape. Smoldir(Smolder+Dhampir)→Extorpor(Extinguish+Torpor)→Nosflaratu(Nosferatu+Flare)

The Water/Psychic many-armed/tentacled bodhisattva squid is an overused typing, but it balanced the set out.
