Impish with some Speed is the way to go. It's a dedicated answer to Mega Metagross and you can't have it slow enough to be trapped by Magnezone.

People run SpDef on it too to be able to tank Focus Blast from Mega Zam, but a lot of people just put HP Fire on it anyway, same with Lele, so it's better to just focus on having the phys def and enough speed to outrun Specs Mag. Defog is good because people can often use Mega Metagross to pressure teams after laying hazards, although it removes Sciz as a win con. So it's your call if you have another hazard remover.

it's the best megagross answer and the most reliable defogger in the meta, but that's not saying much since all hazard removers are BAD

I personally don't like it since everything packs hp fire or some sort of fire coverage nowadays with all the steel spam but if you're looking for a bulky pivot that can defog, he's probably your best bet

I've been seeing people put like 16 Speed EVs to outspeed Marowak.

But Scizor should fucking never ever EVER stay in on Marowak, right?
