Why doesn't the Amber clone have a body? How can he expect her to survive without a body?
Also why does Amber have memories but not Mewtwo?

...And why isn't Amber's tube filled with bubbly amber-colored "amniotic fluid" like Mewtwo's tabe? And why aren't there cables connected to her?
No, seriously. The fact that they're side-by-side in the same lab in the same kind of tube (barring the whole amniotic fluid thing) kinda implies that the scientist is using the same technology to do both experiments, but that's very clearly not the case.
Maybe Fuji is getting Amber's soul in a robot body.

Other way around. Ambertwo's already failing, Fuji just didn't want to accept it.

They're making a new soul-heart. Amber's android body has been prepared seperately. It guarantees she won't die from disease again.

In the Japanese version both tubes are similar but they had to redraw Amber's because she was nude.

Hey, it's better than reading the manga.
For a kids videogame and anime, the first movie of Pokémon was really deep, even to Evangelion standards
