Nigga, its STAB is literally unresisted by the entire Pokedex. Not even the bulkiest physical walls in Ubers can take a Life Orb CC/Spectral Thief very well, and to top it all off it's one of the best checks to E-killer Arceus out there. I'm expecting this thing to be A rank in Ubers at the very least.

It still should do pretty decent in Ubers. Ubers is filled with ghosts and psychics now anyway, and most of them are less than base 125 speed (only M-gengar, who is weak to Shadow Sneak). I think its Z-crystal may see more use in that tier with 7-soul stealing strike at 195 BP. And it's a great check for E-Killer and SD Arceus-Ghost.

It's only too bad its best checks/counters also exists in ubers (aka Xerneas and Yveltal).

This is true. The set that sent Phero in Ubers was QD Normalium because it allowed it to get past Toxapex. Marshadow moveset is pretty good and has some neat utility moves, so I can see some set that looks bad on paper actually working in the meta

Lopunny can't use Z-Moves, but it does have access to Swords Dance so it's able to compete with Marshadow in that regard.
Also I feel it's worth mentioning that Lopunny doesn't give a shit about Sableye.
I'm not saying that Marshadow doesn't have advantages over Lopunny, I'm just saying I don't think those advantages are enough to put it in Ubers.
