But it should learn Poison Powder without having to breed it.

Smog, Clear Smog and Sludge Bomb on the level up set somewhere. Toxic, Sludge Wave, and Venoshock by TM. Venom Drench could be an Egg move.

Boost its Defense to 100 too. It's silly for a Pokemon with a defensive signature move to be so frail.

Interesting, Oricorio can change form at any time via nectar. Giving any of the forms those moves could yield some unexpected results. Then again I want Oricorio to actually be usable in battle so I support the idea.

That's pushing it a bit.
Honestly all it needs is just a tad more bulk on the defensive side where its utility lies. It's Speed and Attack are negligible, so it's low BST isn't as drastic as your proposed stat changes imply. Give it 20 more Defense and maybe even 10 more HP and suddenly it's a great pick.

Another thing, not every plant-like Pokemon needs Chlorophyll. I feel like a Pokemon whose theme is spooky hypnotic light spores, a better Hidden Ability would be Dazzling or Shield Dust.

It's not really relevant to sun and moon but all I want is a hack that turns audino into really average attacker that I can use in the campaign without feeling like I'm wasting my time

Chlorophyll is just to help the speed stay under sun so there's a few more usage options and, yeah, maybe I went a tad bit crazy there?
