There will never be a good one unless Gamefreak makes it in collaboration with a company who knows MMOs.

There is the summoner class in PSO2 though.

Not Persona, but a Shin Megami Tensei MMO was a thing some years ago, you could negotiate with demons, fuse them, customize your character, etc, all the good stuff.

Unfortunately, servers went down last year.
