There's a big difference between anthropomorphic and humanoid.

Anthropomorphic just means having human-like traits, not necessarily body shape.

Decidueye, being an archer, is has human-like traits, but its body shape is still very much that of a bird. Same with Primarina. It has human-like hair, but the rest of its body is still very seal-like.

Incineroar is the only one of the three that's actually humanoid in body shape.
