Stantler is too good to be here. It's actually usable. Same with Girafarig. Qwilfish probably isn't terrible either, it's just nearly impossible to get in a normal run.

Just download the Pokemon Randomizer. It randomizes all roms and has options like starter change, changing trade evos to level evo, and changes trainer Pokemon difficulty.
