stufful has more going for it. It's definitely more generic seeming, but between the dex entries, the little tag and the connection to bewear it has more going for it. Teddiursa is just a bear cub, and ursaring just a bear; cool/cute bears, but still just bears. Their designs are quite bland too, hell, you could say they're bearly pokemon at all.
