Was lukewarm of it at first, but saw it in game and slowly fell in love w/ it.

Originally didn't care for it and had a slight bias against it for "muh nobody gets me" theme. As we got more information and the evolutions; its personality really came to light, causing me to start liking it.
Incineroar saved the line.

Magmortar went from being one of my most hated pokemon designs to my favorite fire type.

Not sure why exactly I had such a 180 on it

I bought Dream Radar just to get Therian Thundurus. Fell in love with the design at first sight. And it's cry is probably one of the coolest ones in the series.

Didn't hate it but I just prefered Xerenas. However, my younger sister and I have this autistic thing where we both have to get seperate versions. She wanted X so that meant I had to get Y. Honestly, I came to prefer this bacon bird a lot more

I agree. Popplio and Rowlet were fine for me all the way through, but Litten just felt like a boring fire cat mon to appeal to the normalfags. I'm glad it turned out as a fun heel wrestler with a great personality.

Therian formes redeemed the Genies trio IMO. Infact I truly wonder how they would've been received if they were the original designs.

I hated this thing when I saw it in the leaked concept art, but when the official reveal trailer came out it grew on me very quickly. I still picked Litten and don't regret it at all.
