Genwunners have been doing it ever since Gen 3, and now they want remakes again because FRLG are too old.
Johtoddlers did it after FRLG and might start whining again once Switch comes in.
Hoennbabbies did it after Gen 5 came.
Sinnohfetuses are doing it now that Gen 7's here.
Unovabortions will be doing it in Gen 8 alongside Sinnohfetuses because Switch won't be compatible with DS Games.

you know why i want remakes. honestly. just to give them a reason to reprint old cards. the new pokemon tcg sets from hoenn and the gen1 sets like generations from the 20 years anniversary are awesome and pretty nostagic while still providing and adding something new to the card game. hate DP but DP remakes would give them reason to reprint gen4 mons again.
the hgss, frlg, oras sets were all awesome. and i look forward to gen4 remakes despite not being a fan of gen4 just for the tcg

Things a Gen 4 Remake would fix/add:

>Events that got locked (Arceus, Darkrai, Regi golems, Shaymin)
>New Z moves for starters
>Way more cinematic cutscenes and battles
I think Gen 4 remakes would be pretty rad
